摘 要:以仙桃市2010年土地利用数据和经济发展数据为依据,结合农村聚落与人居环境的相关理论,运用GIS空间分析与计量分析方法,对仙桃市农村居民点分布现状与人居环境差异进行研究.结果表明:仙桃市农村居民点用地主要受农业生产环境、农村基础设施、公共服务的影响,且在不同因素的影响下,农村居民点用地面积差异明显;农村居住环境与公共服务环境权重最大,对仙桃市人居环境质量贡献最高;农村人居环境存在地域差异性;各影响因素下的农村居民点用地面积与农村居住环境、农村基础设施、农村公共服务能力是正相关的.During the past ten years since land consolidation was again put forward by our nation ,land consolidation has not only changed the distribution of rural residential areas , but also influenced rural economic and human settlement environment deeply . At present , the study on rural residential areas has obtained great achievement ,but most of them focus on the driving forces analysis ;the achievements of human settlement environment characteristics gradually increase in academic field ,but some of them are about the coupling relationship between economy and residential quality .Taking Xiantao City as study area ,based on the land use database acquired by interpreting the 2010 remote sensing images ,GIS spatial analysis (mainly overlay ,buffer ,intersect and clip) were used to analysis spatial distribution situation ,the driving forces of spatial distribution were analyzed by spss factor analysis ,and entropy method was used to analysis evaluate residential environment quality difference .T he results indicated that the residential land use w as controlled by agriculture production environment ,infrastructure and public service . The spatial differences of residential land use were significant under its integrated impact :water system ,road network and service village were the dominant driving force under new countryside construction context .Then established an evaluation system of rural human settlement environment with four first-level indexes ,including living condition ,infrastructure , public service and ecological environment ,and 16 second-level indexes .Education condition ,separation degree and agriculture output were the main factors resulting in the different scores of human settlement environment .Residential land use showed positive correlation with residential environment ,infrastructure and public service .
