摘　　要：由于航海类职业院校条件有限，对航海类学生海上应急心理素质方面培养不够。随着BRM项目的开展，利用船舶大型操纵模拟器对航海类学生进行海上应急状态下的应急反应能力训练，对于积累海上应急经验，提高学生的应急心理素质起到一定作用。As the teaching sources in vocational colleges are limited, the training of students of psychological quality handling emergency on sea is not enough. With the development of the BRM project and the use of large ship manoeuvring simulator for navigation class, the students＇ response ability under emergency state is trained, which plays a role to enhance the students＇ psychological quality handling emergencies on sea.
