校企合作视域下的双方文化渗透与融合的路径研究

摘　　要：校企文化的渗透与融合是校企深度合作的基础,成为当下校企合作的新取向。本文探讨了高职院校校企文化融合的意义,并从办学理念、专业建设、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设、管理机制方面进行了双方文化渗透与融合的研究。Penetration and integration of school-enterprise culture is the foundation of the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and becomes the new orientation of current school-enterprise cooperation. This paper discusses the significance for vocational college to take school-enterprise cultural integration, studies cultural penetration and fusion of both sides in terms of educational philosophy, specialty construction, training base construction, teaching staff construction, management mechanism.
