摘  要:本文从学生、社会、学校和教师四个因素出发深入探讨了本科大学数学分层次教学的现状和阻碍分层次教学实施的诸多因素。通过分析分层次教学模式的意义得出"因材施教"和"因需施教"两个基本指导方针。最后以学生考研为目标详细设计和论述了分层次教学实施方案。This paper in-depth discussed the present situation of the hierarchical teaching and the factors hinder the implement of hierarchical teaching from for aspects, such as student, society, school and teacher. Two basic guidelines teach according to aptitude and teach according to requirement, are concluded by analyzing of the meaning of the hierarchical teaching mode. The Implementation plan of Hierarchical teaching is detailed designed and discussed based on the target of taking postgraduate entrance exams.
