摘　　要：随着党的群众路线教育实践活动的深入开展,社会主义核心价值观践行中党员干部的责任倦怠问题较为突出,主要表现在工作态度、工作效率、工作目的等多方面。培育党员干部责任意识应从重言行、知礼仪、讲品德、树信仰等方面下功夫,以艰苦奋斗、求真务实的精神克服责任倦怠,树立党员干部新形象。With the development of the Party＇s mass line education practice activities, the responsibility burnout in practicing socialist core values was more and more prominent, mainly in work attitude, work efficiency, work motivation and other aspects. Building the responsibility sense of party members and cadres should focus on the attention in the word and deed, the understanding in the etiquette, the emphasis on moral, the establishment in faith, so as to overcome responsibility burnout and show new look.
