摘　　要：科学的网络培训评价有助于避免网络培训的形式化,有助于评估教师知识与能力的提高情况、了解培训的不足及问题,为后续培训提供经验借鉴与数据支持,最终促进教师发展。本研究借鉴Kirkpatrick(1998)四层次模型,结合国内关于评价内容、评价材料、评价主体等研究成果,采用文献法、问卷调查法及访谈法收集资料及数据,分析当前网络培训评价存在的问题,提出对策,旨在构建符合中国大学英语教师发展需求的网络培训评价体系。A scientific training evaluation system helps to examine the effects of resource inputs, identify teachers＇ knowledge and ability improvement, understand the deficiencies and problems of training, provide experience and data support for follow-up training, and ultimately promote teacher development. This research is based on Kirkpatrick＇s four- level evaluation model and domestic researches of evaluation content, materials and subjects. It collects data through the means of literature, questionnaire and interview, analyses the problems in current evaluation of Internet-based teacher training, proposes solutions to those problems, and builds a basic framework for the Internet-based training of college EFL teachers in China.
