摘  要:以4-咪唑苯甲酸和硝酸镁为原料,利用水热法合成了一种新型的金属镁配合物[Mg(C10H11N2O4)2(1)],其结构经X-单晶衍射表征。1属六配位,单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数a=12.194(3),b=10.943(3),c=7.915(2),β=97.043(6)°,V=1 048.1(5)3,R1=0.084 2,wR2=0.193 9。生物活性测试结果表明:1能降低马氏珠母贝的死亡率,增强马氏珠母贝外套膜上碱性磷酸酶酶活,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和副溶血弧菌有较强的抑制作用。在用药量为312μg·mL-1时,1对三种菌的MIC分别为625μg·mL-1,625μg·mL-1和312μg·mL-1。A novel magnesium complex [Mg(C10H11N2O4) 2 (1)] was synthesized by reaction of 4-imidazole benzoic acid with magnesium nitrate by hydrothermal synthesis method.The structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.1 belongs to hexa-coordinate,crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2 (1) with a =12.194 (3) (A),b =10.943 (3) (A),c =7.915 (2) (A),β =97.043(6) °,V =1 048.1 (5) (A),R1 =0.084 2,wR2 =0.193 9.The biological activities tests showed that 1 can reduce pinctada martensii's mortality,enhance alkaline phosphatase enzyme activity in the pallium of pinctada martensii and have strong inhibitory effect on escherichia coli,salmonella and vibrio parahaemolyticus,MIC were 625 μg · mL-1,625 μg · mL-1 and 312 μg · mL-1,respectively.
