摘  要:哈尔滨工业大学英才学院是以培养理工科拔尖创新人才为目标的荣誉学院,在学生生源、授课教师、学科交叉等方面有明显优势。为进一步激发学生学习兴趣、明确发展方向、培养学术素养,文章结合学校在教学科研团队方面的突出特色,探索基于导师团队指导的拔尖创新人才培养运行机制,从导师制的国内外现状、目的意义、体系构建、运行机制等角度探索了导师团队指导的相关问题。Honors School in Harbin Institute of Technology is the honorary school aimed at cultivating top -notch innovative talents in science and engineering. It has obvious advantage in the resource of students, teachers and the multiple disciplines, etc. In order to further stimulate students interest in learning, confirm development orientation and foster academic quality, the paper combines with the prominent feature of the teaching and research group, and explores the cultivation mechanism of top - notch innovative talents based on mentor team guidance. The paper explores the relevant problems about mentor team guidance from the current situation at home and abroad, purpose, significance, system construction and mechanism of mentor system.
