农村中小学民族民间文化教育师资问题探析——以贵州省为例

摘  要:当前,农村中小学民族民间文化教育活动的效果不太理想。以贵州省为例,民族民间文化教师的教学积极性不高、民族民间文化教师比较缺乏是导致民族民间文化教育活动效果不理想的非常重要的原因。只有提高民族民间文化教师的思想认识,建立健全民族民间文化教育的考核评估机制,加大民族民间文化教师的配备力度,依托民族地方高校培养民族民间文化教育师资,开展有实效的民族民间文化教育师资培训,才能进一步提高农村中小学民族民间文化教育活动的实效。The effect of national folk culture education in the primary and secondary school of the countryside are not satisfactory at present. The shortage of national folk culture teachers and their low teaching enthusiasm are among the main causes. The effect of national folk culture education in the primary and secondary school of the countryside can not be raised unless we improve the national folk culture teachers' understanding, establish and improve the assessment system of national folk culture teaching, increase more national folk culture teachers, and launch effective training of national folk culture teachers by taking advantage of local colleges and universities.
