摘　　要：系统的知识管理模型是沟通知识管理理念与知识管理实践的"桥梁"。笔者通过借鉴SECI知识转移模式,以知识闭环的融合为基础,构建了GD电网调度中心的知识管理三环模型,从理论上推演了知识从转移模式到闭环融合再到管理应用的过程。并以三环模型的外环为切入点,提出了基于调度中心实践的T-KP生产子体系、T-KT培训子体系以及T-KPT连接子体系。实现了培训、生产、技术与知识管理的融合,为电网企业开展知识管理系统创新研究项目提供了依据。The model of systematic knowledge management is built on the basis of combining the concept with the practice. The authors of this paper gain insights from the SECI knowledge transfer mode, and propose the knowledge-cycle-based model of three-circle for GD Power Dispatching Center. Then the authors theoretically deduce the process in which the knowledge is transferred to the knowledge cycle, then is applied to management. After that, the authors discuss the outer circle of this model, and put forward three sub-systems, including that of the T-KP production, T- KT training, and T- KTP connection.Thus, the authors endeavor to integrate the training with production, technology and knowledge management, and provide some insights to the Power Grid enterprises to carry out their research on innovating their knowledge management system.
