摘　　要：高校学生社团对于学生个体发展有着重要作用,文章从思想认识、管理方式、评价激励、经费支持四个主要方面探讨了高校学生社团的发展途径。College student association plays an important role in students ’ individual development ,from the four aspects of i-deological understanding ,management ,evaluation ,incentive funds and support ,this paper discusses the development ways of uni-versity student associations .
