摘　　要：美国职业生涯学院是实施职业教育改革的创新机构。职业生涯学院在普通高中内部设置,紧密结合工商业,指向职业生涯路径。其主要特点表现为建立小型学习共同体、升学教育和职业教育并行不悖、学院与企业、社区和普通大学建构合作伙伴关系。一些全国性专业组织颁布了职业生涯学院的系列标准,如职业生涯学院的办学标准、实践标准和评估标准,以确保职业生涯学院的质量和可持续发展。Career academy is a particularly well-researched reform approach of career and technical education in the USA. Career Academies are industry-specific, career-focused tracks within high schools that offer small learning communities, college-prep curricula and local partnerships with employers and institutions of higher education. A series of standards were launched by many national organizations, such as fundamental standards for Career Academies, practice standards for Career Academies, Evaluation Standards protocol for Career Academies. These national standards have helped career academies continually improve educational quality.
