创新大学生党员继续教育模式的实践探索——以湖州师范学院“党员学分卡”为例

摘　　要：针对当前大学生党员继续教育存在教育内容缺乏针对性、教育载体匮乏、教育制度不健全等现象,我们以"党员学分卡"为载体,从党性教育、学风建设、文明自律、公寓管理四大模块明确了大学生党员先进性的标准与要求,提出了在教育内容上坚持理论学习与参与实践相结合、以参与实践为主;在教育方式上坚持他人监督与自我教育相结合,以自我教育为主;在教育结果上坚持考评与运用相结合,以运用为主的加强大学生党员继续教育的对策建议。In view of the fact that there exist such phenomena as target lacking,insufficient educa-tional carrier and imperfect educational system in the college student Party members’further education, we prescribe the criterion and requirement for the advanced nature of college student Party members from the four respects of Party nature education,learning style construction,civilized self discipline and dormitory management with the “Party member credit card”as a carrier.We propose some counter-measures that can help to strengthen students centered college student Party members’further educa-tion,namely,in education we should adhere to the combination between theoretical study and practical participation,with emphasis laid on participation;in the way of education we should adhere to the com-bination between mutual supervision and self education,with emphasis laid on self education;in eval-uating the education result we should adhere to the combination between appraisal and application,with emphasis laid on application.
