摘　　要：求医行为是基于患者的生存需要而衍生出来的,在有疾病征兆时寻求医疗机构或医务人员帮助的行为。随着社会的发展,人们的求医行为发生了一些变化。探求患者求医行为产生的原因,分析求医行为的影响因素,客观全面反映城乡居民卫生服务需求,才能真正理解和认识患者求医行为的本质和规律。进而引导患者进行科学的择医,指导卫生部门合理制定卫生规划,使供求双方达到尽可能高水平的相互配合,以取得最佳的社会效益、经济效益和健康效果,并丰富和完善行为医学理论,为我国的医疗卫生事业建言献策。Health care seeking behavior, derived from the patients＇ needs of survival, describes the behavior of patients seeking health care service from medical institutions or medicine practitioners. Changes in health care seeking behavior have taken place recently. This paper analyzed the causes, influencing factors of health care seeking behavior, objectively revealed the actual health care demands from urban and rural residents, and truly apprehended and recognized the nature and laws of this behavior. Moreover, this paper also provided advice on guiding patients to choose their medical services reasonably and on drafting of health plans to reach a balance between the needs of patients and the capability of health care service, so that the social benefits, the economic returns, and the health effects can be maximized. In addition, this paper enriched the theories in behavioral medicine and offered advice to the health care service in China.
