医师的人文素质现状调查与分析——以广西南宁为例

摘　　要：人文素质的提高是提升医师医德的基础,是医患关系和谐发展的重要因素之一。以广西南宁的医师作为调查对象,对医师的人文意识、人文价值观及人文行为三方面进行问卷调查。调查发现,大部分医师已经意识到人文素质的重要性,但人文价值观相对薄弱,人文行为相对欠缺。提出通过加大公立医院财政资助的比例,合理配置卫生资源,加强医院管理者对医师人文素质的培育,贯彻人文价值观于临床实践以提升医师的人文素质。The improvement of humanistic quality is the foundation of enhancing the physicians＇ medical ethics. It is one of the important factors for the harmonious development of the relationship between patients and doctors. The research group took the physicians in Nanning, Guangxi as the investigation objects, completed the questionnaire about the physicians＇ humanistic consciousness, cultural values and humanistic behaviors. Results showed that the most physicians have been aware of the importance of humanistic quality, but the humanistic values are relatively weak, humanistic behavior is relatively in sufficient. It suggested to improve the physicians ＇ humanistic qualities by increasing the proportion of the financial support of public hospitals, arranging the health resources reasonably, strengthening the cultivation of the hospital managers on the quality of physician humanities, and implementing the humanistic values in clinical practice.
