摘  要:目的建立了辣椒制品中碱性橙2、碱性橙21、碱性橙22、酸性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄、罗丹明B的高效液相色谱同时测定法。方法样品用50 mmol乙酸铵-甲醇(1∶1,V/V)超声提取,HLB柱净化,采用C18反相色谱柱分离,用甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,DAD检测器和FLD检测器串联检测。结果上述6种染料在质量浓度0.00050 mg/L~5.0 mg/L时有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.9998,方法的检出限为0.0002 mg/kg~0.01 mg/kg,回收率为87.2%~103%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~4.8%。结论此方法简单、快速、灵敏。适用于辣椒制品中碱性橙2、碱性橙21、碱性橙22、酸性橙Ⅱ、碱性嫩黄、罗丹明B同时测定。Objective To develop a method for determination of 6 synthetic pigments including basic orange2,basic orange21,basic orange22,acid orange Ⅱ,auramine O and rhodamine B in cayenne pepper products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The target samples were ultrasonically extracted using 50 mmol/L ammonium acetate-methanol(1∶1,V/V) and purified on HLB SPE column with methanol as the eluent. The chromatographic separation was performed on an Xbridge-C18 column using a mobile phase consisting of methanol and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate by gradient elution. The 6colorants were detected with diode-array detector coupled with FLD detector. Results The linear range of the method was from 0. 00050 mg/L to 5. 0 mg/L(r 0. 9998). The recoveries were in the range of 87. 2% ~ 103% with relative standard deviations of 1. 6% ~ 4. 8%. The limits of detection were 0. 0002 mg/kg ~ 0. 01 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and accurate,and it can be applied to the quantification of 6 synthetic pigments in cayenne pepper products.
