摘 要:微生物发酵转化生成甘油的过程中,发酵液成分复杂,传统检测方法受发酵液中杂质干扰大;酶法检测发酵液中甘油含量准确度高、精密度好、专一性强、简单快捷,可同时检测大批量样品并且分析仪器简单,价廉,特别适用于甘油菌种选育工作。本文建立的分析方法,甘油浓度显色线性范围0.1-0.9g/L,甘油含量检测平均相对偏差2.02%,RSD为3.11%小于5%,检测方法的线性范围、准确度、精密度满足甘油菌种选育工作的要求,甘油含量检测结果不受发酵液中杂质的影响,是一种理想的测定发酵液中甘油含量的方法。The process of microbial transformation of glycerol with complex components, the traditional detection method by fermentation liquid impurity interference; the content of glycerol fermentation enzymatic liquid detection accuracy, precision, specificity, simple and quick, can simultaneously detect large quantities of samples, and anal- ysis instrument is simple, low cost, especially suitable for glycerol strain breeding work. The analysis method pro- posed in this paper: glycerol concentration of color was linear in the range of 0.1g/L-0.9g/L, the average relative deviation of 2.02% glycerol content detection, RSD from 3.11% to 5%.The linear range, detection accuracy, preci- sion to meet the requirements of the work of glycerol strain breeding, glycerin test results are not affected by im- purities in fermentation liquid, is an ideal method for the determination of glycerol content in fermentation liquid.
