从学生逃课现象谈教师授课感染力

摘  要:高职院校学生逃课现象的普遍性,从某种程度上反映当代大学生的心态及教学环节的一些问题。教师在课堂教学中起着激发兴趣、沟通情感、引导学习的重要作用,其授课感染力是关键。调动学生的学习积极性,发挥学生的自主能动性,培养学生的创新能力,必须提升教师在语言艺术、师生互动、师生沟通中的感染力,以增强课堂教学效果,降低学生逃课率。Class-skipping phenomenon is quite universal in higher vocational colleges, which reflects the mentality of con-temporary college students and some problem existed in classroom teaching. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching, reasons for students to cutting classes are analyzed. Teachers, who stimulate students’interests and guide students in the learning process, play an intermediary role in classroom teaching of the communication experience. Upgrading teachers’appeal from the language arts, teacher-student interaction and teacher-student communication, which can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, de-velop students’ability to innovate and students’self-initiative to learn, will fundamentally curb the phenomenon of students’ skipping classes to ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
