摘 要:黄明端有零售业郭台铭之称,在线下,他掌舵的大润发早已把沃尔玛、家乐福甩在身后,如今,他必须踏入陌生的线上丛林。请看他向本刊独家剖析“陆战王”打空战的痛苦与纠结。Huang Mingduan is often called 'the Guo Taiming of the retail world'.In 2009,RT-Mart passed Carrefour for the first time with 40.4 billion yuan in sales to become China's largest foreign-invested retailer,a title it has held onto ever since.However,while offline the RT-Mart chain has already left Walmart and Carrefour far behind,Huang must now face the prospect of heading into the unfamiliar waters of the internet.During the latter half of 2013,Huang began instituting a 'special mission,' perhaps the very last big risk taking venture of his career-creating a new online retail empire:feiniu.com.When he first took over the reins of RT-Mart at the age of 41,he knew next to nothing about the retail industry.Yet,he was able to achieve his plans of 'opening 100 stores on the mainland in a decade,' and 'becoming the biggest retail store in China alter 2010.'
