急救模拟案例在急诊新护士应急能力培训中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨急救模拟案例在急诊科新护士应急能力培训中的应用效果,参照浙江省医院等级评审中模拟案例的方法,设计了10个与急救护理密切相关的案例,将2010年1月至2012年10月来急诊科工作的90名2年内轮转护士按时间先后顺序组成18个护理抢救小组,每组成员根据案例进行模拟演练,现场分析、讨论。结果显示采用急救模拟案例的方法能有效提高新护士的综合能力。该培训方式得到了新护士的高度认可。In order to explore the effects of first aid simulation cases in emergency response capability training of new nurses in the emergency department ,referring to the methods of the simulate scenarios of Zhejiang Hospital grade assessment ,we de-signed 10 cases which were closely related with the emergency clinical care .A total of 90 rotary nurses within two years work-ing in the emergency department from January 2010 to October 2012 were divided into 18 teams by order .The Emergency simu-lation scenarios were carried out and the new nurses were trained by the emergency rescue plans .The results showed that emer-gency simulation scenarios ,highly recognized by new nurses ,can effectively improve their comprehensive ability .
