摘　　要：发展高等教育,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,学生"知识"与"能力"之间双向转换的效率是一个重要方面。当前,高校要运用系统思考的方法,从立德树人的教育本质入手,进一步完善高等教育教学评价体系,改进教学内容与教学方法,着力提升教师的执教能力,努力营造求真务实、力戒浮躁的大学文化,办人民满意的高等教育。The efficiency of the two-way conversion of students “knowledge” and “ability” is an important aspect for the development of higher education and the cultivation of students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability. Cur- rently, universities should further improve the teaching evaluation system of higher education and the teaching contents and ways, focus efforts on enhancing the teaching ability of teachers, strive to create a pragmatic university culture guarding against impetuousness and make the people satisfied with higher education by applying the systematic think- ing method and starting from the educational essence to cultivate professionals with fine morality.
