摘 要:移动技术与人力资源管理的有效结合所催生的微信招聘方式推动了中小企业人力资源招聘工作效率和质量的有效提升。微信招聘具有多元化功能,利于寻找潜在求职者;人性化服务,利于精准化招聘;个性化订阅,利于保护隐私;全员招聘,高效率低成本等诸多优势,但也存在一些不足。本文根据中小企业人力资源管理实践,运用案例分析和深度访谈方法,基于微信招聘的优劣势分析基础,从转变招聘观念,建设微信公众平台,注重隐私保护、优化流程设计、提高服务质量等层面提出了中小企业微信招聘的具体策略。The birth of the micro message recruitment with effective combination of mobile technology and human resource management drives to enhance the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources recruitment work efficiency and quality effectively. Micro message recruitment has many advantages such as diversified functions to find potential candidates; humanistic service to realize precision recruitment; personalized subscriptions to protect privacy; the staff recruitment, high efficiency and low cost, but there are some problems. According to the practice of human resource management of small and medium enterprises, using case analysis and depth method, based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, the paper puts forwards some specific strategies for micro message from the perspective of transferring recruitment concept, constructing micro message public platform, focusing on privacy protection, optimization process design, improving the quality of service level of the small and medium-sized enterprise.
