摘　　要：认知障碍患者同时伴有语言障碍和交际能力障碍。交际障碍及言语语言治疗包括言语语言治疗师的核心任务、评估和干预、对患者及护理员的干预措施及言语语言治疗及训练。缩短我国此领域与西方国家的差距,应整合医学、教育学、语言学、心理学等各学科优势资源,共同推动中国言语语言治疗学科的建设和发展。Cognitive impairment sufferers are accompanied by language and communicative barriers. Communica tive barrier and speech language therapy include the core task of speech language therapist, the assessment and intervention, the measures to intervene the patient and caregiver, speech language therapy and training. To shorten the gap between China and Western countries in this field, it is necessary to integrate such advantageous resources as medicine, pedagogy, linguistics and psychology to jointly promote the construction and development of China s speech language therapy discipline.
