摘　　要：如何提高应届毕业生综合素质以满足企业与社会的要求,每个高校都有相应的改革措施。文章从《绿色化学与化工》课程教学的角度进行探讨,采取PBL(基于问题的学习)模式进行教学,使教学内容更接近企业需求,从而提高学生就业综合素质。Each university has a corresponding reform measures on how to improve the overall quality of graduates to meet the requirements of business and society. In the article, based on the teaching of ＂green chemistry and Chemical Processes ＂ and taking PBL （problem based learning） mode of teaching, the teaching content is closer related to the business needs, thereby the overall quality of student employment is enhanced.
