摘 要:提出了一种四自由度混联驱动平台并研究了其尺度综合方法,该平台由3-PUS/PU并联平台与静平台通过移动副串联而成,3-PUS/PU并联平台PU恰约束支链的移动副采用气动支撑单元,由压缩气体承载驱动平台的主要负载,以减小运动所需主动支链驱动力并提高驱动平台的模拟性能。基于Rayleigh商和向量的性质,提出了基于向量2范数的模拟性能评价指标,通过单调性分析研究了驱动平台模拟性能和各约束随各尺度参数的变化规律,并通过该变化规律寻求模拟性能最优尺度参数。最后通过算例验证了该尺度综合方法的有效性。A 4-DOF hybrid driving platform is presented and dimensional optimization of the driving platform is studied. The hybrid driving platform is composed of a 3-PUS/PU parallel mechanism and a static platform. And a shifting pair serially connected them. The shifting pair of the just constrained branch chain is composed of a pneumatic support unit. It bears the main load through the compressed gas. The driving force of the active branched chain and the simulation performance of the driving platform are both improved. Simulation performance is presented to be taken as an evaluating index. And it is based on vector 2-norm with the aid of the characters of Rayleigh quotient and vector. The influence laws of scale parameters to the simulation performance and constraints are discussed with the aid of monotonic analysis.What′s more, the influence laws are adopted to seek the optimal solution of the simulation performance. The effectiveness of the method is proved by the example.
