摘　　要：本文介绍了各种免疫学检测技术,并针对这些免疫学检测技术在真菌毒素及兽药残留检测中的应用情况进行了综述。Different kinds of immunological detection techniques were introduced.The application of these immunological detection techniques in the detection of mycotoxins and veterinary drug residue were reviewed in this article.
