摘　　要：我国大学生的法律基础教育从1986年纳入到高等教育课程体系之后,主要经历了"98方案"、"05方案"两次大的调整,并逐步融入思想政治教育范畴之中。当前法律基础教育内容的专业性、系统性、庞杂性以及教学课时的有限性与思想政治理论课的教学目标、师资教学水平等方面存在诸多矛盾。要改变这种现状必须从改变法律基础课的教学理念、加强对师资队伍的法学培训、增加必要的选修课、完善学分制等方面寻求突破。Basic legal education of college students has been included in higher educational curriculum,then it Mainly experience two major adjustments： ＂98 project＂, ＂05 project＂, now it is a part of ideological and political education of college students in China.There are many contradictions in the current basic legal education,such as the professional, systematic, complex of the content,conflict of limited of teaching hours and objectives and academic standards of teachers.To change this situation, we must change the concept of teaching,strengthen legal training for teachers and perfect the credit＇ system.
