摘　　要：在饲料加工生产中柠檬酸钙既是一种优质酸化剂,也是一种钙源。国内饲料行业柠檬酸钙的应用已较为广泛,但尚无国家标准对饲料添加剂柠檬酸钙的质量进行规范。在对国内柠檬酸钙质量抽样检测的基础上,参考国外相关标准设定相关质量指标,供饲料添加剂柠檬酸钙生产及应用企业参考。In the production of feed processing, calcium citrate is both a high quality acidulant and a source of calcium. The application of calcium citrate in domestic feed industry is widely, but now there is no national standards for the quality of the feed additive calcium citrate specification. Based on the sampling and testing of domestic calcium citrate quality and relative for eign standards, we set the quality objective for the feed additive calcium citrate production and application enterprises.
