摘　　要：高职院校心理咨询工作存在心理咨询工作中的法律伦理问题、心理咨询的内容和方法缺乏人文内涵、心理咨询因角色冲突面临伦理两难等问题。应尽快建立完善相关的伦理制度体系和机构;加强对心理咨询工作者的伦理培训,重视人文关怀;应重视角色理解,形成不同工作部门及个体间的良性沟通;应按照正确、合理的工作目标、伦理学原则及内容和方法,作出正确的伦理评判和指导。In recent years,the psychological counseling work encountered a number of problems such as having legal or ethical issues in psychological counseling,the content of the psychological counseling and methods lack humanistic ethics,facing ethical dilemma caused by role conflicts,etc.Therefore,it should improve the system of the relevant ethical system and institution as soon as possible; To strengthen the ethics of psychological counseling workers training,pay attention to humanistic care; attach importance to the role of understanding,to form a good communication between different department and individual; should be in accordance with the principle of correct and reasonable work target,ethics and the content and method,make the right ethical evaluation and guidance.
