摘  要:随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,医学院校已经进入了以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展阶段。如何做好新形势下的教育科研工作,已经成为医学教育工作者面临的一项新课题。本文对国内部分医学院校教育科研工作的现状进行了调查,分析了存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:一是端正教育思想,转变教育观念;二是加强教育科研工作的组织和领导:三是建立、完善教育科研管理的体制和机制;四是提高教育科研的质量和水平;五是提高教育科研队伍的整体素质。With the deepening of the reform of higher education in our country, medical schools have entered the stage of connotative development in order to improve the quality as the core. How to do a good job of education scientific research under the new situation has become a new task faced by medical education workers. The author investigate the current situation of educational and scientific research work in some domestic medical schools, and finds existed problems and puts forward the countermeasures as follows: The first is to correct educational ideas and change educational perception; the second is to strengthen education and scientific research organization and leadership; the third is to improve education, scientific research management system and mechanism; the fourth is to improve the education quality and level of scientific research; the fifth is to promote the overall quality of the contingent of education scientific research.
