摘　　要：辅导员工作的内容决定了活动课程是辅导员工作课程化的主要存在形式,采用项目管理是实施辅导员工作课程化的路径选择。引入项目管理有助于贯彻以学生为中心的课程理念,实现辅导员工作由管理向服务转变;有助于教师和学生共同参与课程设计,建立协商式课程,实现辅导员工作由单向交流向双向互动转变;有助于建立特色校园文化,实现辅导员工作由重复向特色转变。The main form of curriculumization is activity curriculum because of the content of Counselors＇work. The project management is the path choice of curriculumization of university counselors＇ work. Introduction of project management can help to carry out the student-centered curriculum idea and realize the transformation from management to service; It can help teachers and students to participate in curriculum design and establish negotiated curriculum to realize the transformation of counselors work from unilateral communication to bilateral communication; It can help to establish the characteristics of campus culture to realize the change of college counselors work with characteristics.
