摘 要:基于创新人才特征和实验教学在创新人才培养方面作用的分析,提出了实验教学内涵式发展的总体思路,树立"以创新为导向,以实验为主线"的全过程创新理念并以该理念为引领,提出整合实验教学优质资源、深化教学科研协同、推行多元化实验教学模式、创新实验教学激励机制、推进学校和企业联合培养等"五位一体"实验教学内涵式发展策略,着力深化实验教学的内涵建设,探索培养高素质创新型人才的有效途径,以促进创新人才培养质量的提高。The cultivation of innovative talents calls for the connotative development of experimental teaching. Accord to the general thinking of the connotative development of experimental teaching, the whole process of innovation cone which takes the orientation of innovation and the mainline of experiments has been proposed. Under the concept, connotative development of experimental teaching has been paid attention to and further deepened, and the efficient p to cultivate high-quality innovative talents is under exploration by means of "five-in-one" model, that is, the integration of the experimental teaching resources, the collaboration of teaching and research, the unifieation of ineentives and the universities and enterprises, so as to practieally improve the quality concerning the cultivation of innovative talents.
