地方院校思想政治教育资源整合的问题与对策

摘　　要：思想政治教育资源是开展思想政治教育活动的重要载体,对提高地方院校人才培养质量具有重大而深远的价值。现阶段地方院校思想政治教育资源整合存在诸多问题,资源整合效果欠佳。对此,应该通过观念整合、内容整合、网络整合、队伍整合等途径提升地方院校思想政治教育资源整合的效果,实现地方院校思想政治教育资源整合的共享效益。Ideological and political education resources to carry out ideological and political education is an important carrier,local colleges and universities improve the quality of training personnel with significant and far-reaching value. Existence of local resources i-deological and political education institutions to integrate this stage many problems,poor resource integration effect. In this regard,it should be through the concept of integration,content integration,network integration,consolidation and other ways to form a team of i-deological and political education of local institutional integration of resources together to achieve sharing benefits the ideological and political education of local institutional integration of resources.
