AuricuIaria auricular is rich in nutritional and active components and has a wide range of health care functions. Heilongjiang province is the main production area of Auricularia auricular. The yield and quality of Auricularia auricular rank the first place in the world. To develop the deep processing of Auricularia auricular has broad market prospects. The paper reviewed processing progress and development prospect of Auricularia auricular in Heilongjiang province, in order to provide reference for further research and development of processing products of Auricularia auricular.
