新媒体视域下青年工作与团建创新的探索

摘　　要：随着科技的突飞猛进,相对于期刊、报纸、广播等传统校园媒体而言,以网络和手机为媒介的新媒体作为一个崭新的传播媒介已经广泛渗透到校园生活的各领域,成为做好新形势下青年工作与团建创新的的重要途径之一。在新媒体技术背景下正确分析校园新媒体对高校思想政治工作的影响,努力探究新媒体视域下高校的青年工作对策,对加强高校思想政治教育,加快团建创新步伐具有十分重要的意义。With the rapid developoment of technology,compared to traditional campus media like journals,newspapers and radio,new medium which are based on web and mobile phones have already widely penetrated into all areas of campus life and become the one of the important ways to do the work of youth and Communist Youth League better and more innovatively.Analysing the effects of the new medium to campus ideological and political work propriately under the background of new medium technology,exploring the method of youth work on campus hard under the situation of new medium,strengthening the ideological and political education and accelerating the pace of innovation in the construction of Communist Youth League are of important significance.
