摘　　要：高校辅导员在维护高校稳定、促进大学生全面成才和培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人等方面肩负着重要职责。加强高校辅导员队伍的职业化建设对于新形势下做好大学生的思想政治教育工作具有非常重要的意义。通过对2014年50所高校辅导员招聘条件的梳理,得出了高校辅导员队伍建设的特征。根据高校辅导员招聘中隐藏的辅导员队伍存在的问题,提出了对于高校辅导员职业化建设的思考。College counselors have important responsibilities in maintaining stability of universities, promoting all-sided development of college students and educating qualified builders of socialism. It is very important to strengthen ideological and political education under the background of the professionalism of college counselors. The essay concludes the characteristic of the team-building of college counselors after analyzing recruitment requirements from 50 colleges in 2014. Finally , based on the problems in recruiting college counselors, the essay provides suggestions on the development of college counselors＇ professionalism.
