从毕业生就业反馈探讨高职商务英语专业学生就业核心竞争力的培养——以广东交通职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：广东交通职业技术学院商务英语专业两届毕业生的问卷调查结果表明,口语能力在求职及实际工作中的重要程度位居英语五大基本技能之首;学生对实习及实践机会的呼声很高;毕业生普遍认为大学英语六级证书对就业及再就业非常重要。基于上述调查结果,商务英语专业应以培养学生职业能力为重点,加强校企合作,推进实践教学;以培养英语综合应用能力为主导,注重学生的口头表达能力;以就业为导向,积极提高大学英语六级考试通过率,方能有效提高学生的就业核心竞争力。A survey on the Business-English-majored graduates of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic shows that oral English is regarded as the most critical skill in job interview and work among the five basic skills of English; a large majority of students call for more opportunities for practice and internship; CET 6 Certificate plays an important role in employment and reemployment. Based on the above findings, Business English program reform should give more importance to university-enterprise partnership in training base; at the same time, attention should also be paid to improve students＇ English speaking capability as well as CET 6 pass rates in order to enhance students＇ employment competitiveness.
