经济发达地区高职建筑类专业学生职业价值观调查研究

摘　　要：职业价值观是个体职业选择的基础,它对个体职业价值的影响往往超过了兴趣和性格,在人们的职业生涯发展中起着决定性的作用。本文使用吉讯大学生职业测评和规划系统中职业价值观分测验对经济发达地区高职建筑类学生进行调查。研究发现:高职建筑类学生对于职业生涯规划中自我的认识维度较好,但在对于职业信息以及行动力度上表现出来较为薄弱;高职建筑类学生的职业价值观体系的比重构成依次是注重关系、工作条件、崇尚独立、支持满足、追求成就、赞誉赏识,且这种差异达到了显著性水平;性别是影响学生职业价值观的重要因素,不同性别的学生所持的职业价值观存在着显著性差异。Vocational value, which is more important than the interests and personality, plays a decisive role in the ca- reer development as the basis of occupation choice. This research uses students＇ career assessment from Jixun col- lege and occupation values test in planning systems to do an investigation on students major in architecture in the economic developed area. The results show that students＇ have good self-cognition but not so good in action and information of occupation; relationship, working conditions,independence,support,the pursuit of achievement and appreciation take different proportion in vocational value; gender is an important factor affecting students＇ occupation values as there are significant differences between genders.
