摘 要:目的:了解高等民族院校不同民族大学新生性知识掌握现状,为高等民族院校有效开展在校大学生性教育提供基础性的参考资料。方法:自行设计调查问卷,采用整群抽样方法,对西北民族大学2012级新生进行性有关知识的问卷调查。结果:正规教育(家庭、学校)并不是大学新生获取性与生殖健康知识的主要途径;汉族与少数民族大学新生性知识与性态度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高等民族院校不同民族大学新生渴望通过正规教育途经获得全面的性知识;少数民族大学新生性知识掌握情况不如汉族大学新生,更需要性知识的普及。Objective:To understand the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health of minority undergraduates and provide scientific basis for sexual and reproductive health education in the nationalities university. Methods:A self-developed questionnaire about sexual,reproductive health and sexual attitude were investigation for freshman in grade 2012. Results:Formal education (family and school) do not become the main of the source of the sex knowledge;there are statistic significance of the comparison of sexual,reproductive knowledge and sexual attitude among minority undergraduates and Han nationality undergraduates;there are statistic significance of the comparison of sexual,reproductive knowledge and sexual attitude among undergraduates from different nationalities. Conclusion:The undergraduates are thirsty for gaining general sexual knowledge from school and family during the period of university. It is nec-essary to improve sexual and reproductive knowledge through various ways for minority undergraduates.
