摘　　要：法学专业的实践教学长期得不到应有的重视,普遍存在着教学方式单一,教学资源投入不足等问题,教学效果与国家和社会的要求相距甚远。为改变这种状况,学校需要修订培养方案,在改良传统的实践教学方式基础上,尝试建立具有地方特色的实践教学模式。改革实践教学,需要社会的共同努力,以求尽早建立一个科学规范、切实可行的教学体系。The legal science specialized practice teaching has not paid enough attention to, generally exists in single teaching method, teaching resource the problem such as inadequacy, teaching effect and the national and social requirements far. To change this kind of condition, the school needs revising a training plan, the improvement of traditional teaching mode of practice basis, try to build with local characteristics of the practice teaching mode. Reform of practice teaching, the need for social work together as soon as possible, in order to establish a scientific, practical teaching system.
