摘 要:针对公铁两用电动牵引车的使用特性,设计了一种结构紧凑的独立驱动转向单元系统,在分析牵引车整体运动和转向方式特点的基础上,对电机与车轮之间的传动结构进行设计。建立了以尺寸最小为目标函数的优化模型,为结构参数的设计和改进提供了理论依据。通过实例分析对优化前后的数据进行了比较,经过优化后系统的整体尺寸减小44.357%,且模数减小齿数增加使得传动更加平稳,达到了优化效果,验证了本结构设计及优化的可行性。Aiming at the operating characteristic of the highway--railway electric tractor, a compact driving--steering system is designed and the structure of the transmission between the motor and the wheels is designed based on the analysis of the character of tractor driving and steering. A mathe- matical model with the target function of minimizing the volume is established and the theoretical basis for the construal parameters of design and improvement is provided. By comparing the results between the initial and optimized data by analyzing an instance, the volume is reduced by 44. 357% and it would run more steadily because of the modulus reducing and the number of tooth increasing after optimized. The optimal effect is achieved and the feasibility of this structure design and optimization is verified.
