摘 要:目的探讨脂肪细胞因子与中国儿童青少年肥胖关系,为预防和控制儿童青少年肥胖提供理论依据。方法通过检索Pubmed,SpringerLink,CNKI,中国生物医学文献、万方、维普等数据库,运用Meta分析方法对脂肪细胞因子与中国儿童青少年肥胖的关系进行综合分析。结果最终共有23篇文献进入系统评价,Meta分析结果显示,脂联素的加权均数差(WMD)值为-4.13(99%CI=-4.86^-3.40)(Z=14.58,P<0.01);高敏C反应蛋白的WMD值为2.07(99%CI=1.64~2.51)(Z=12.21,P<0.01);瘦素的WMD值为10.30(99%CI=7.37~13.23)(Z=9.04,P<0.01);抵抗素的WMD值为2.50(99%CI=-0.38~5.38)(Z=2.24,P=0.03)。结论脂肪细胞因子中除抵抗素外,脂联素、高敏C反应蛋白、瘦素均与中国儿童青少年肥胖相关联。Objective To analyze relationship between adipocytokines and obesity among Chinese children and adolescents and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of obesity. Methods Comprehensive analysis of studies on the relationship between adipocytokines and obesity among Chinese children and adolescents were conducted by using Review Manager 5.0. Results Finally 23 articles were included in the system evaluation. Meta analysis showed that: adiponectin [ WMD=-4.13(99% CI:-4.86~ -3.40) ,Z= 14.58,P〈0.01 ], high sensitivity C reactive protein [ WMD = 2.07 (99%CI: 1.64 ~ 2.51 }, Z= 12.21 ,P〈 0.01 ] ,leptin [ WMD= 10.30{ 99%CI:7.37~ 13.23) ,Z= 9.04, P〈0.01 ] were associated with obesity among Chinese children and adolescents except resistin[ WMD=2.50{99%CI:-0.38~5.38), Z=2.24,P=0.03]. Conclusion Adipocytokines including adiponectin, high sensitivity C reactive protein and leptin were associated with obesity of Chinese children and adolescents except resistin.
