摘 要:目的探讨SNCG、MAP2和CXCR4蛋白在大肠腺癌、非肿瘤性大肠黏膜组织中的表达及与大肠腺癌发生、发展、浸润、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP两步法检测大肠腺癌、非肿瘤性大肠黏膜组织中SNCG、MAP2和CXCR4蛋白的表达。结果大肠腺癌组织中SNCG、MAP2和CXCR4蛋白阳性率分别为72.22%、86.67%、76.67%,三者在大肠腺癌组织中的表达显著高于非肿瘤性大肠黏膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);大肠腺癌组织中SNCG、MAP2和CXCR4的阳性表达均与癌组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。SNCG与MAP2、CXCR4在大肠腺癌组织中的表达均呈正相关(rs=0.341,rs=0.244,rs=0.247;P均<0.05)。结论 SNCG、MAP2和CXCR4在大肠腺癌组织中高表达,可能与大肠腺癌的发生、浸润、转移密切相关。Purpose To evaluate the role and clinical significance of SNCG, MAP2 and CXCR4 in development, invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of SNCG, MAP2 and CXCR4 was detected by immunohistochemical method in the colorectal adenocarcinoma and the normal colorectal mucosa. Results The positive rates of SNCG, MAP2 and CXCR4 proteins were 72. 22%, 86. 67%, 76. 67% in colorectal adenocarcinoma, respectively, with significant differences from the normal colorectal mucosa (P 〈 0.01 ). The positive expression of SNCG, MAP2 and CXCR4 was closely correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and metastasis of lymph node (P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of SNCG was significantly correlated with MAP2 and CXCR4 in tumor ( rs = 0. 341, rs =0. 244, rs = 0. 247 ;P 〈0.05). Conclusion SNCG, MAP2 and CXCR4 may play an important role in tumorigenesis, progression, infiltration and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
