摘  要:本文以浙江省制造业企业为调查对象,研究战略领导是否以及如何通过组织学习影响组织创新。结果表明:在制造业企业中,战略领导不仅直接影响组织创新,而且还通过组织学习对组织创新产生间接影响;变革型领导对组织学习的知识获取、组织认同、组织记忆三个因素,以及对组织创新的管理创新与技术创新两个因素均具有显著的正向影响,而交易型领导行为对这些因素影响均不显著;组织学习的知识获取和组织记忆因素对管理创新和技术创新具有显著的正面影响,而组织认同因素对管理创新与技术创新影响不显著。Taking the manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the investigation objects, this paper carries out an empirical investigation on whether and how strategic leadership influences organizational innovation through organizational learning. The result shows that in manufacturing enterprises the strategic leadership not only directly influences organizational innovation, but also indirectly influences it through organizational learning. Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of organizational learning:knowledge acquisition, organizational identity and organizational memory, as well as the two dimensions of organizational innovation: management innovation and technological innovation, while transactional leadership has no significant impact on these factors. The two dimensions of organizational learning: knowledge acquisition and organizational memory, have a significant positive impact on management innovation and technological innovation, while organizational identification dimension has no significant impact on these two factors.
