摘 要:企业文化是一种独特的资源,是企业获得核心竞争力的关键要素。然而,实践运作中,很多企业文化难以发挥作用,成为一种摆设或口号,究其原因是企业文化没有根植于公司的资源禀赋,走入了一种误区。企业文化建设的基础是企业所拥有的资源禀赋,包括物质资源、制度资源和精神资源,这些资源塑造了企业文化的物质层、制度层和精神层,企业资源禀赋的分析为企业文化的建设提供了基础。基于企业资源禀赋分析的企业文化建设模式整合了企业自身资源,使企业文化更能够体现企业的实际情况,也更能够发挥带动和规范作用。Corporate culture is an unique resource and also a key element of the core competitiveness which enterprises obtain. However, in business practice, the corporate culture is difficult to play the role and becomes a kind of decorations or slogans. The reason is that the corporate culture is into a misunderstanding and has no root in the company resource endowment foundation. The foundation for corporate culture construction is the resource endowments including material resources, institutional resources and spiritual resources which the enterprises have. These resources shape the material layers, system layers and spiritual layers of the corporate culture. The analysis of enterprise resource endowments provides the foundation for building corporate culture. The corporate culture construction mode based on enterprise resource endowment analysis integrates their own resources, which makes the corporate culture reflect the the actual situation of enterprises and play the leading role and norms.
