摘  要:师范生职业技能竞赛是师范生职业技能和综合素质培养的有效载体和实践平台,在国家的大力倡导和师范生专业化发展的促进下,师范生职业技能竞赛全面开花。根据现实需要,研究构建了师范专业五层次职业技能竞赛体系,分析了各层次竞赛的目的和特点,有助于全面提高师范生的职业技能和综合素质的培养质量。Professional skills competition for teacher education majors is the effective carrier and practice platform of cultivating teacher education majors' professional skills and comprehensive quality.Promoted by the state's active advocating and the specialty development of teacher education majors,more and more competitions have come into being.In accordance with the specialty development,the author has proposed to set up a multi-level professional skills competition system for teacher education majors in higher vocational colleges and analyzed the related issues,such as,objective,character,and role.
