摘 要:为研究海水淡化用旋转式压力能交换器端面液膜支撑机理和刚度特性,为间隙设计提供参考,对压力能交换器内环向液膜、端面液膜和孔槽进行整体三维建模,基于Fluent对间隙内三维压力场进行定常计算.结果表明,旋转压力能交换器端面液膜支撑为静压支撑,且在讨论端面支撑原理时,环向液膜不能忽略.环向液膜对支撑力的影响体现在对端面润滑槽均压值的影响,当端面液膜间隙小于环向液膜半径间隙时,端面液膜刚度较大,随着环向液膜间隙增大,端面液膜支撑刚度下降,且在端面小间隙下尤为明显.另外发现,端面支撑力与进口压力呈线性关系,且压力越大,端面液膜支撑刚度越大.To research the support mechanism and stiffness of axial film in rotary pressure exchanger (RPE) which is widely employed in Sea-water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) system, a a-D model, which includes circumferential film, axial film and lubrication groove, was built to stimulate the pressure field in clearance based on Fluent software. It is proved that the support capacity of axial film depends on hydrostatic effect, and the circumferential film effect on support capacity of axial film cannot be ignored. The effect of circumferential film on support capacity is reflected in the influence of the average pressure of lubrication groove. The stiffness of axial film is larger when the axial clearance is smaller than the radial clearance. With the increasing of radial clearance, the stiffness of axial film declines, which is more obvious in a little clearance of axial film. The axial force of axial film has a linear relation with the inlet pressure of the RPE, and its stiffness is much larger when the inlet pressure increases.
