摘　　要：《医学免疫学》作为一门医学基础课程,内容抽象,逻辑性强,教学难度大。在教学过程中结合免疫学课程特点和学情分析,作者在教学内容设计、多媒体课件制作、说课、教学手段运用、全面提升教师素质等方面交流了一些改革经验及体会,旨在为提高学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量,为教学提供借鉴和参考。As a theoretical and practical course, ＂ Medical immunology＂ is highly abstract and logical,and it is a major challenge to teach as well.While teaching this course,the current authors incorporated characteristics of an immunology course and they analyzed students.The current authors described their experience revising the course in terms of designed a curriculum,creating multimedia courseware,lesson presentation,use of methods of instruction,and overall improvement in the quality of teachers in order to increase students’ interest in learning and improve the quality of instruction.
