摘　　要：本文首先阐述了员工援助计划及工作满意度的概念,重点介绍了馆员工作满意度及员工援助计划的相关性影响因素;然后依据这些相关性影响因素开展了馆员工作满意度的调查与分析;最后根据调查结果,结合EAP的实施,有针对性地提出了提高馆员工作满意度的相应策略。This article introduces the concept of the Employee Assistance Program and the work satisfaction firstly.Then in great detail it introduces the relevant factors of the librarians' work satisfaction and the Employee Assistance Program. According to the relevant factors,the article gives a complete analysis on librarians' work satisfaction,trying to reflect the real situation of librarians' work satisfaction. Finally,With reference of the investigation results,this article brings forward some suggestions to improve the librarians' work satisfaction,combining with the Employee Assistance Program in practice.
