精神分裂症患者精神残疾现状及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的：了解精神分裂症患者的精神残疾现状及相关影响因素。方法抽取广东省封开县区重性精神病管理系统登记在册的300例精神分裂症患者进行调查分析。结果本组86.0％的患者存在不同程度的精神残疾，其中精神残疾4级占33.7％、精神残疾3级占16.3％、精神残疾2级占40.6％、精神残疾1级占8.5％。经济收入、文化程度与精神残疾的程度呈负相关，患病次数、家庭结构、阴性症状量表总分与精神残疾呈正相关。结论精神分裂症患者精神残疾发生率较高，影响因素众多，对患者进行系统性的家庭干预、职业康复、社会技能训练等，能有效改善患者的精神残疾状况，促进患者重归社会。Objective To investigate the current situation of schizophrenic’s mental disability and correla-tion factors. Methods Investigations and analyses were conducted among 300 schizophrenia patients se-lected from Fengkai county Severe Mental Illness Management System ,Guangdong province. Results Of 300 patients 86.0% had mental disability in varying degrees ,grade 4 mental disability made up 3.7% ,3 did 16.3% ,2 did 40.6% and 1 did 8.5‰. Economic incomes and educational levels were negatively and frequencies of sickness ,family structure and the PANSS total score positively related to mental disability degrees. Conclusion The incidences of schizophrenic’s mental disability are higher and influencing factors more ,patients’ systemic family intervention ,systemic family intervention ,vocational rehabilitation and social skills training and so on could effectively improve patients ’ mental disability status and promote pa-tients’ return to society.
